    To Whom It May Concern:

    I am writing this letter on behalf of Laura Osborne, whom I have known for the last 4 years.
    Laura has been a great addition to our ministry here at North Goodland. She, as a faithful
    student in our youth group, has shown herself to be committed and dedicated to her
    responsibilities and her peers as a student leader.

    Laura leads our praise team for the youth service every Wednesday night and I have never
    had any issues with her in regards to preparedness or leadership. Many of our students look
    up to her because of her integrity and character both in front of the students as well as in her
    everyday life. She also serves in the praise team for our Sunday morning worship each week.

    She has tremendous leadership abilities and a desire to help others to reach their full
    potential. I believe she would be a great choice!
