We regret that two typographical errors were missed in reading the galleys of this paper. On
the right-hand side of the last of equations (7), the denominator should read E' (J instead of
F' (4. Also, in the expanded form of equation (13) which lies immediately below this equation
the vector A is omitted. That is, a column A l---A ;---A II should appear to the left of the equal
sign.
