1.Submission of Memorandum

Each student must prepare a Memorandum for the Petitioner or

Respondent, depending on the side assigned to them on the basis of
the raffle conducted. The Memorandum will be the basis of the
students final grade and must be submitted not later than October 18,
2016.

2. Formatting of Memorandum

The Memorandum shall be formatted using the Efficient Use of

Paper Rule.

3. Content of Memorandum

The Memorandum must contain the following parts in the stated

order:

a. Cover Page
b. Parties
c. Nature of the Case
d. Statement of Facts
e. Statement of the Issue
f. Index of Arguments
g. Arguments / Discussion
h. Summary of Arguments
i. Relief
j. Signature Page
