Nevada is in the ninth circuit court of appeals, all together there are twelve circuits and a

thirteenth one which has national jurisdiction to hear appeals pertaining to specific claims.

When reading article eleven about education and trying to find sections I found pertained

strictly to education it seemed almost impossible maybe it was definition of education of the face

that a lot of the sections seemed to be about money land etc. However I did find a few sections

that I believe relate closely to education such as: section one, section four, section five, section

eight, and section nine.
