Ltd. undertake the development of the Oyong oll and gas field, located 8 km South of Madura Istand in East Java Sea. The proposed Oyong oll and gas field development represents a significant evelopment focused at supplying the energy of East Java. Phase 1 will focus on early oll production, utlising a minimum free-standing wellhead platform and production barge. Oil will be exported directly from the field via chartered oil tanker acting in an FSO mode. Phase 2 productions will consist of sales gas to Indonesia Power via sales gas pipeline and onshore processing facilities (OPF), combined with ongoing oil production. Phase 2 gas development works come under the purview of this project. Gas facilities will initially consist of an offshore wellhead platform (WHP) with minimum facllities, connected by a wet gas subsea pipeline to an onshore gas processing plant near Grati. Gas processing is required to meet water and hydrocarbon dew point specifications for gas sales to the Indonesia Power Grati power generation plant. The pipeline will be 14 inches diameter with the capability to deliver up to 100 MMsofd of wet gas to the OPF. Scope This Specification defines the minimum requirements for materials, fabrication, installation, inspection, testing and commissioning of Corrosion Coating of the offshore pipelines. Contractor of these items shall be responsible for furnishing all materials, equipment, labour, supervision and all other expenses required fo complete the Work in accordance with the requirements of this Specification. All manufacturing and testing procedures, detailed fabrication drawings of Corrosion Coating including dimensions and weights (nett and gross) along with dimensional tolerances shall be submitted in writing by the Vendor for review and approval by Company at least four (4) weeks prior to production. Contractor shall be fully responsible for their Quality Assurance and associated Quality Control processes. Unless otherwise agreed with Company, the Contractor's Quality System shall specify the requirements of ISO 9000 Quality System. Contractor is required to establish an acceptable Quality Plan, comprising quality manual and procedures covering all the. activities of the order, to comply with the Quality System requirements. Company shall be afforded the right to verify at the Contractor's premises that products conform to specified requirements. Verification by the Company-shall not
