JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

WE, LORY JOY F. CAARES , of legal age, Filipino, single/married/widow/er and

presently residing at #245 Calantiaw St., Proj. 4 Quezon City , and CELEDONIA C. AREVALO,
of legal age, Filipino, single/married/widow/er and presently residing at 80 Sunny ville 3
Subdivision Champaca St. Fortune Marikina City , both after being duly sworn to in accordance
with law, depose and state that:

1. We personally know Sonia Caneves, Allan Raymond Alegre and their daughter
Amihan Sonia Caneves Acosta , being acquaintance for a long period of time;

2. We declare, confirm and affirm that Allan Raymond Alegre and Sonia Caneves
was living together since December 2010;

3. That they have a daughter by the name of Amihan Sonia Caneves Acosta who was
was born at Marikina City , Philippines, on the 22nd day of January 2014;

3. That by mistake Sonia Caneves gave the name of her late husband as the name of
her childs father;

4. That the true and biological father of Amihan Sonia Caneves Acosta is Allan
Raymond Santos Alegre;

5. We are not related by affinity or consanguinity to the above mentioned

persons; and

6. We are executing this affidavit to confirm and affirm the foregoing facts and for
whatever legal purpose it may serve.
