Standards:
Standard 3 - The physically literate individual demonstrates the knowledge
and skills to achieve and maintain a health-enhancing level of physical
activity and fitness.
Standard 4 - The physically literate individual exhibits responsible personal
and social behavior that respects self and others.
Standard 5 - The physically literate individual recognizes the value of
physical activity for health, enjoyment, challenge, self-expression and/or
social interaction.

Objectives:
By the end of this lesson, students will be able to complete a full circuit
workout.
Students will participate in the push up warm up game. (Introductory
activity)
Students will demonstrate

Equipment & Set-up: Music (Iphone), cones, resistance bands, mats, & set of
materials/equipment made available.

Organization: Introductory ActivityStudents will be in partners.


-One set of material/ equipment
-Students in upright push up position
-Tossing material/equipment back in forth trying to block the other
-Games of three
