Area or Personal Area and Sub Area or Company depends of the requirement of the
client)
In company perspective Salaries, Incentives, Recruitment Cost, Training, Cost wi
ll be expenses.
HR create symbolic accounts to Salaries, Incentives, Recruitment Cost, Training
HR gives the nature of Symbolic Account as Debit(Expenses) or Credit(Payable)
FI creates G/L Accounts (Expenses and Balance Sheet Accounts)
The integration happens b/w Symbolic Accounts and G/L Accounts as below.
HR assigns the Symbolic Accounts to G/L Accounts as below by using transaction c
odes as follows.

OBYE-To link with Expenses G/L Account
OBYG to Link with Balance G/L Account (Payables)
Once assignment happens the Salaries and Incentives or any employee payables wil
l be picked via cost centers by Controlling Area and the amounts of Salary, Ince
ntive Compents trigger in FI accounts.
