The consistency shoule be that of a thick soup. ‘+ Soak the tamarind in a small dow! of hot water for 10 minutes. Now {add the other vegetables and cook til cone, + Heat the ghee in a small pan and add the dry red chiles, mustard seeds and curry leaves, Fry til the spluttering stops and ad¢ to the boiled lentils. Mix well + Garnish with chopped green coriander and serve hat with Iols, Vaeas or alain boiled rice.
