Organo, Olivia V.

Born, bred and educated in the Philippines. A graduate of Civil Engineer from
Aquinas University of Legazpi. He ventured the Middle East in 1990 and has now been
a Resident of the Kingdom of Bahrain for almost 26 years. He currently holds the
position of an IT governance Specialist at Bahrain Petroleum Company (BAPCO), the
leading oil company in the Kingdom.

In December 2000, he was honoured to accept the prestigious Philippines


Presidential Award, the Banaag Award, for his astounding and exemplary service to the
Filipino community in the Kingdom. He was also the founding President of the Filipino
Club Toastmasters. He started as District Treasurer inching each year as Area 10
Governor, Division K Governor, Lt. Governor Marketing, Lt. Governor

Education & Training. Through the years of his progressive advances in positions
held, he was awarded the Excellence in Marketing during the Convention in Las
Vegas, USA, in August 2011; merited Excellence in Education & Training at a
convention in Orlando, Florida USA, in August 2012. Eventually, he handled the position
of District 20 Governor, covering Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, UAE, Jordan, and
Lebanon. With his exceptional accomplishments he was conferred as Area Governor of
the Year and Division Governor of the Year.

Despite being an achiever as a Toastmaster, he remains a humble father and


provider to his family, a persevered and consistently excellent employee in BAPCO.
Furthermore, he continued being of service to the Filipino community in Bahrain.

As what his marching order says. Lets do todays work, today! Ladies and
gentlemen, without further ado, let us all be inspired with todays guest speaker. A round
