It is very unexpected that our first fieldwork in NSTP, a feeding program at Sitio Galilee

Antipolo, Rizal to be enlightening, joyful and to be memorable. Every time I reminsce those

moments with the group of kids we were assigned for, it became one of my inspiration to be

better not just for my future or my familys but also for them and kids like them. My experience

with them helped me to continue what I was doing: Taking photos, hand lettering and to pursue

my course. And maybe one day, I could go back to them and teach music, the basic hand

lettering and also, I could give them toy cameras!

The experience helped me to realize that I am very lucky to have this kind of life. I

realized that I could be happy with the simple things. It changed me in a way that I am now

pursuing to be more responsible and understanding to my family. To appreciate every little

blessings that come to our life. To study more and stop complaining for the paperworks because I

am lucky to have proper education and go to a known university. It also helped me to realize the

truth of this country, the imbalance of the society and now it changed me to promise myself that

in the future, I will be joining the people who help other people and to help build a just, educated

and responsible communities.
