procedure - Windows
Steps for Installation (Download zip file, & network.lic file)

1) Click Set up icon

2) Select without using Internet option

3) Click yes

4) Select I have file installation key option and paste the key available in
FIK given by us

5) Click next

6) Select custom

7) Select MATLAB installation path (By default it will be

C:\Programfiles\MATLAB\R2013a)

8) Click next

9) List of products will be displayed, Do not select license manager.

(Proceed with default selection)

10) Click next

11) Click browse and browse the path where your network.lic file is
available in your PC

12) Select network.lic file

13) Click next

14) Select desktop icon

15) Click next

16) Click install

procedure - Linux
Steps for Installation (Download zip file, & network.lic file)

1) run command: sudo ./install

2) Select without using Internet option

3) Click yes

4) Select I have file installation key option and paste the key available in
FIK given by us

5) Click next

6) Select custom

7) Select MATLAB installation path (By default it will be

\var\local\MATLAB\R2013a)

8) Click next

9) List of products will be displayed, Do not select license manager.

(Proceed with default selection)

10) Click next

11) Click browse and browse the path where your network.lic file is
available in your PC

12) Select network.lic file

13) Click next

14) Select symbolic link

15) Click next

16) Click install
