citizen, after having been sworn in accordance with law,
hereby respectfully submit and formally offer this Judicial
Affidavit to prove the following:

The examination for the purpose of this judicial affidavit

was conducted and supervised by ATTY. LIFRENDO M.
GONZALES at his office located at Door 2, 2nd floor TRDC
Building, Barangay San Isidro, Paraaque City. I am
answering the questions fully conscious that I do so under
oath, and may face criminal liability for false testimony and
perjury.

age, and a Filipino Citizen.

A: Not quite long, Ive only seen her twice, Your Honor.

A: I cannot recall, all I know it happened fast.

A: My brother is a shy, silent type, and home person, Your Honor.

A: No, because he told me that hes having issues with his Wife, Your
