Diversity at home

When people that comes to have a conversation with the people that have a different culture,
clashes and struggle to dominance of one set of values overs another often exists.
In mid -20 th century the immigrants that came from Europe have been move to US , but in
1968 larger numer of immigrants have come from Asia because of the change of US
immigration law. Normally, people that move to US speack their native language that US people
cannot understand and know what they are talking or writing about. So with all of these cultures
that have been mixed up together may lead people to hostility, but we can prevent that
situation not to happened by adaption to take place. for example ,.singapore has adapted to
mutilingual and multicultural factors to produce a dialect hat is made up of Malay , mandarin,
english, and another Chinese dialect . in the US , people in cities and in southwestern states
where the Mexican influence is trong have begun to incorporate elements of Day of the dead
celebration into the traditional American Halloween,there are onstage adaptations, backstage
cultures adapt much less.
