Appreciating Diversity Reflection

The Group I chose is my youth choir at church.

My Reflection:
My group is mostly adventurous while I am a relater. In some ways, we can be sympathetic for
each other and we care for each other. But there are other characteristics that are for Adventurers.
They like to have fun, be goofy, take chances, and perform in front of crowds. I may display
some of the adventurer characteristics like being fun and telling jokes but for the most part, I am
a relater. There is an importance for the diversity in the group because there will be a balance
between the action and the emotionally involved aspects.
