I watched a musical play in West Visayas State University that titled

Sugidanon: Bayluhay, last February 13, 2017. Sugilanon bayluhay is the stories
that reflect or act the true happenings at the ancient time here in Western Visayas.
This play is authored by Jose Pomoy.The story is about the barter of panay between
itas in the island of Aninipay and Borneo kingdom of Sultan Macatunao.

This play is great for me but I dont still like how they treated wowen on the
play because I saw there a discriminatio.

Now a days discimination on the part of women especially on work are still
happenning and I dont like that. According to women employed women earn just
80 percent of mens wages on average. Women still face discrimination in pay and
promotions and barriers to advancement because of family responsibilities. Some
employers still havent gotten the message on sexual harassment. These problems
are compounded for women in low-paying jobs because they fear losing their jobs if
they speak up about unfair or illegal treatment. Women Employeds work to expand
legal protections and strengthen existing lawsand make sure the laws are
effectively enforcedis more important than ever.

Even that it is only a play, they shpuld still respect the rights of every women.
Men and women should be equal in the twenty first century because this is the
century where the strength of intelligence is greater than the physical strength. In
many industries female workers are far more successful than males. I think that
women and men both have the same potential to contribute to our society and
should have the same opportunities.
