Subject: Request for Issue of Projector for Project Semester Presentations in CED from Feb 20,
21 and 22, 2017

Sir,

Department of Civil Engineering will be organizing the presentations of Project Semester

for the students of B.E. Final year on February 20, 21 and 22 (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday)
of the next week. The presentations will be held in three panels as per the attached schedule.
Kindly issue us a projector for use in the presentations. The projector shall be returned positively
by the evening of 22 February.
