General Business Description

There is a business requirement to call a generic form for issuing to all
customer types. This for shall not be signed.

Requirements
1. Create Smart Form YQMYY_COC_LV1 using GENERAL COC
MAPPING.XLSX as a guide.
2. The header address is defined in LVL1 COC ADDRESS.XLXS based on
a per plant logic

3. Update YQM_INSPECTION_TOOL to add an indicator for the Level 1

4. All relevant logic for populating the form data, except for reading
standard texts, should already be in calling program
YQM_INSPECTION_TOOL. Using the newly created indicator calls the
certificate type COC

Test Procedure in 502

1. Run transaction YQM and load variant HACA_COC_COC. The
corresponding values from the inspection lot should be obtained and
printed in the newly-created form template.
