Finally may naka experience na rin pala at

approved pa sa EA! So tested & proven na. Hehe.
So ito I-provide ko:
1. Official COE from HR but no JD
2. SELF Statutory Declaration stating
2.1 HR provides generic COE only
2.2 hassle and uncomfortable to bring my boss in front of an atty & sign a
stat declaration
2.3 I feel it's not good for me to let my boss know too
2.4 enumerate my job desc
2.5 mention to submit 6 months latest payslip
2.6 mention to submit income tax statement
2.7 mention to submit MOM (DOLE equivalent sa Pinas po ito) pass
holder's copy
3. Submit docs mentioned in 2.5, 2.6, 2.7
