The first lesson that our team member has learnt is teamwork. Any work that
involve a group of people need a good teamwork to have a quality work. Each of our
team member has been given position in the company management. Without
teamwork from every team member, the company will not be running smoothly.
With teamwork,any problem that arise can be settle.
Plant management is also one of the lesson that we have learnt. This is one
of the important lesson that we have learnt practically and not just by theory. We
have managed to handle plant that our company sell by the help from more
experience people. For example pest management. We learnt that,the area of
planting should be scouted for any possibility of pest habitat so that action can be
taken.
Another important lesson that we have learnt is the use of fertigation system.
Our team member have learn the fertigation system from the setting up process
until the maintenance process. Fertigation system require proper maintenance to
reduce any damage to the parts. For example to check for any blockage on the pipe
and dripper. The staff form the farm office has guide our team in handling the
fertigation system.
Last but no least,is self discipline. Discipline is one of the important value that
is needed to develop trust among team member. It is also needed in activity that
need contribution from all member for example in doing proposal. Without self
discipline it is possible that the work that has been given cannot be done in time
thus can cause problem to the whole team.
