Liyana : Syifa, do you find this sushi taste different today?

Syifa : Yes, I found it taste bad. Not only the taste but also the texture does not look fresh and
good
Liyana : Then I dont think this restaurant can provide sushi as our main dish for the company
anniversary event.
Syifa: True, I thought this sushi restaurant is famous because of the good quality of it sushi.
Liyana: How about we go and make a complaint to the manager of this restaurant.
Syifa: I aggree with you. Lets go. Maybe we can make some deal with the manager. I just dont
want to lose our loyal supplier just because of this incident. Because it never happen before.

Ina: Miss we just taste your sushi just now but the taste are different and does not meet our
satisfaction.
Syifa: Basically, again we are looking into this sushi restaurant to make an order about 1000
sushi for our company event. Like every year, we order this main dish from you. And somehow
we are little disappoint with today taste.
Liyana: And the event take place 3 weeks from now.
Syifa: If you can make something different about the sushi like return its freshness & quality
back as normal. We will consider again to incharge you to be our sushi supplier on that day.
Because we trust you as we had already work together for a long time in the past event.
Wanie: thank you for your feedback, we will try to improve our sushi and inform you back as
soon as possible. For now our sushi supplier are having little trouble and we does not expect this
can effect our sushi quality. We are very apologize consider to this matter and try to contact our
supplier as fast as we can.
Ina: However we are really like to cooperate with you because we have partnership from Korea
and Japan will attend to the event on that day.
Syifa : We are counting on you.
Wanie: okay I also appreciate if I could participate again in the event with you. I will try to do
my best before the due date of the event. I promise you. Thank you .
