Then deoonnect te wires from the postive (+) terminal of he battery (2) Remove the battery hold-cown clamp andbattery lamp bots. ¢ Femove the battery from the engine compartrent. 2 Removal of engine hood (7) Disconnect the windshield washer hase form the three- way jon. Remove the hose remtheclampclthe engine oe. (2) Remove the rood, being care rotto soratch tne body and hood. SS 3, Drain the coolant. (See age 60-3) 4. Drain the engine ol (See page 1-4) EMLI04 5. Removal of aciator (7) Disconnect he ar breather hose from the radiator upper tank. (@) Remove the raciator nist hose by aisconnecting the ‘eclator and water ovtet side camps. (®) Disconrecttne radiator outst hose atthe center connec ton, CAUTION: + Whon isconnecting the radiator cuet hose, take ‘measures to preventthe coolant trom entering the alter. ato.
