Important suggestions:
i. Find most experienced teacher/s veteran/s not new or less experienced
one (One young and one veteran)
ii. Find most committed teacher/s
iii. Take some old memoirs/photos from school magazines/ album
iv. School archives
v. Have tele-conversation; LPS Chairman, PIBG Chairman, Alumni Chairman
vi. Apply 3 waves strategy:
a. Call and identify schools rep/s or liaison person; hand cover the soft
copy of document; find available information; and obtain it. Meanwhile,
do some Internet search. Obtain information. If possible ask to take
photos
b. Visit the school; (Obtain appointment earlier) Try to obtain maximum
information that left out; Utilize the time wisely. Take photos as
specified (or take left out photos). Run the interview and fill-up the
spaces in the form
c. Visit the school; ask for left out information; complete the task.
d. Coordinators contribution; Will get sufficient information to support the
research team
e. Cross check with teachers who have been transferred from one school
to another.
