 Industrial Pu Foam Pigs
We offer PU pigs that are manufactured from open cell
PU foam in various density, (low, medium and high): 2-3
Lbs/ft3, 5-7 Lbs/ft3, 8-10 Lbs/ft3, available in different sizes
from 0.5 to 72 inches. These foam pigs are suitable for
multiple diameter pipe line and short radius bends

Also, we have the special long run rough rider foam pig
(density: 12-14 lbs/ft3)

Industrial Cleaning Pigs

Brush cleaning pigs are used during pre-commission and
on-stream cleaning where rust, millscale, sand, wax, organic
growth, mud, oxides, and other foreign matter exist. Sizes
range from 2 through 48, with brush configurations including
wire wheel, split-ring, wrap-around, and spring-loaded.

Industrial Batching Pigs

Batching pigs/Gauging pigs are manufactured from PU
elastomers in various shore hardness. Cup type Batching
pigs/Gauging pigs are used for standard pigging operation
such as filling and dewatering during hydrostatic testing,
Paraffin removal, routine batching operations and
product removal.
