It is to inform you that the attendance of your ward is less than sixty
percent , as per the bio matrix attendance report generated for the month of
January.
As per the academic regulation, he/she will not be allowed to appear the end
semester examinations if he/she has less than 75% attendance.

Hence you are requested to inform your ward to attend the classes
