1. To create a well sounded organizational structure
2. To look for other source of income aside from patient census
3. To add hospital service
LRO:
1. To increase the income by 50% for the next two years
2. To lessen the debts acquired
3. To increase its facility as population grows every year

Strengths
1. Latest innovation in health-care technology
2. Land is owned
3. Adequate numbers of beds for different patient
Weakness:
1. thinly populated area
2. Proper staffing and scheduling
Opportunity: they are the only hospital located on the area
Threats: the hospital services were so expensive

VI. ALTERNATIVE COURSES OF ACTION (ACA)


ACA #1:
Continue to borrow money to compensate the loss
Pros.
There will be enough money to continue the operation
They could survive for some months
Cons.
It will increase companys debt
It will only last for a month
The ease on lending money
ACA#2:
Establish a managerial plan and provide a necessary study on the
market capability of the hospital.
