11/6/2016 6 hours Scrubbed in, and dressed in scrubs. Job Shadowed ED (Emergency
Delivery) Nurse. Watched post-partum room after a patient had a
C-section. Stayed with nurses throughout their patients who had
chronical pelvic pain & even had an internal ultrasound done. I was
there with the ultrasound tech & saw what the ultrasound was
showing. Watched a live birth, and shadowed the family until
departure time.
11/14/201 4 hours Scrubbed in, and dressed in scrubs. Job shadowed the NICU
6 (Newborn Intensive Care Unit). There I saw babies that were
severely premature, or even had chromosomal disorders that were
also premature. Watched feeding happen, and vitals taken. Also
watched nurses do a central line up through the foot to place in
arteries in the hip.
12/21/201 3 hrs 40 Volunteered with Human Resources. Filed employees influenza
6 min vaccination documentation alphabetically.

1/11/2017 3 hours Volunteered with Human Resources. Scanned employees health

files, and made new nursing packages for newly hired nurses.

1/18/2017 2.5 hours Volunteered with Human Resources. Scanned, copied, and filed
employee health documents.

1/31/2017 30 Met with mentor and took photos throughout the hospital. Helped
minutes with communication details.

2/1/2017 3 hours Volunteered with Human Resources. Made 20 packages for new
hospital hires. Filed & scanned HR documents.

2/8/2017 2 hrs 45 Volunteered with Human Resources. Scanned, copied, and filed
min employee health documents.
