Appreciating Diversity Reflection

1. The team that I was in which was P.T. and the most common strongest winning
color was Red adventurer and then Blue relator.
2. There were like 2 of the members that were Brown which were leaders. Most of
the people were Red which were adventures. The good thing about diversity is that
it gives the chance for everyone to play a part. If everyone was the same there
would be conflict between. Everyone would want to be the main person of that
color.

My Reflection: Having diversity is a huge part of groups. That is because being

different brings different ideas. Different point of views. Also it helps you understand
and learn new things, new ideas, and new cultures. It also helps understanding why
some people do the things they do.
