How to Print a Production Technical Sheet in X3

The technical sheet is a manufacturing document that details the quality status at
a particular processing step in a routing. When establishing a routing the user
can specify if the production step should require a quality check.

Go to Manufacturing/ Planning/ Work Orders

Select a work order from the Work Orders tray in the left hand list
To print go to File/Print/Record or click on the printer icon in the menu bar.

At this next menu select Technical Sheet.

o Click on the print button at the bottom of the screen to print the
technical sheet.

The technical sheet will be pulled up in a Crystal Report.
To print this document to the local printer, click on the printer icon in the upper
left-hand corner of the screen.
Once this document is printed, mark up the document with a red pen
indicating the respective changes that you wish to be made to the document
and then provide the document to the person at your company responsible for
making the Crystal report changes.
Note it is necessary to print the technical sheet before the production tracking
is completed on the associated operation step.
