JOINING DOCUMENTS

Further to the offer of employment, please ensure to bring a photocopy of each of

the following documents on your date of reporting at Orange County Resorts &
Hotels Ltd., Coorg.

1. *Certificates supporting your academic/professional qualifications.

a. SSLC/10th Class Certificate along with the mark sheets.
b. Intermediate/12th STD - Certificate along with the mark sheets.
c. Bachelors Degree - Certificate along with semester/year wise mark sheets.
d. Masters / Professional Degree - Certificate along with semester/year wise
mark sheets.
e. Diploma/PG Diploma - Certificate along with semester/year wise mark sheets.
f. Any Other Certificates relevant to your academics.
2. *Police Clearance Certificate from you local Police Station
3. *Photographs - 5 recent passport size and 2 stamp size colour photographs.
4. *Address Proof/Election ID card/Ration Card copy etc.
5. Latest Salary pay slip / Salary Certificate.
6. Work experience certificate of all previous employers.
7. PAN Card No.-You must carry the PAN Card along with you and provide the copy of
the same.
8. Old PF Account No.

The offer of employment to you has been made by Orange County Coorg
based on the informations furnished by you at the time of interview. In case
of any discrepancies found in the copies of documents/certificates submitted
in support of the above, the company has the right to terminate the
employment contract during your service.
