Ubaldino Lacurom , Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 29 in Cabanatuan City, and Pairing
Judge, Branch 30.

Charges brought against Respondent:

Gross misconduct, grave abuse of judicial authority, gross bias and partiality, and
gross violation of the Code of Judicial Ethics.

Facts of the Case:

Complaint stemmed from the issue wherein responded Judge alleged bias and
partiality in favor of Rogelio R. Santos who had three pending cases before the
respondent Judges sala.
