Baltimore Egg Nogg

Ingrediente
2 cl coniac
2 cl rom
2 cl Madeira (vin dulce de Madeira)
12 cl lapte
1 galbenus
3 cuburi de gheata
nucsoara rasa
Mod de preparare
Se agita intr-un shaker coniac, rom, Madeira si galbenus, cu gheata si se
strecoara intr-un pahar inalt. Bautura se completeaza cu lapte si deasupra se
presara putina nucsoara.
Sugestie
Egg Nogg se bea cald sau rece, in functie de anotimp. Contine intotdeauna lapte
sau smantana. In cazul bauturilor reci se agita prima data galbenusul, zaharul
si spirtoasele intr-un shaker, se strecoara totul intr-un pahar si acesta se
umple cu lapte.
