Cabin Cleaning Checklist

Cabin Breakdown

#2 One Queen Bed with Kitchen


#1,#3,#4,#5,#6,#8 Two Double Beds with Kitchen
#7,#9,#10 Two Double Bed
#11,#12,#14 One Queen Bed

Strip
If Bed Spreads or Blankets are dirty wash otherwise pull down in thirds.
Use existing towels to wipe down shower and sink.
Take out trash.

Make Beds

Make sure hems are inside (sheets and blankets)


Make sure pillow case zippers are on the outside of pillow case
Make sure Bed Spreads dont touch floor

Bathroom

Scrub toilet with bowl cleaner, Wipe outside, rim, tank with bathroom
cleaner
Scrub sink with bathroom cleaner
Windex mirror
Windex glass sides of shower
Scrub shower walls and base with bathroom cleaner
Sweep floor, dont want to push dirt etc. into corners
Towels For Double bed Cabins (3 bath towels for Single bed cabins 2
bath towels), 2 Hand Towels, 2 Wash Clothes, One Shower Mat.
Mop floors

Kitchen

Scrub sink, Counter Top, and Refrigerator


Check to make sure nothing is left in the refrigerator or freezer and
that it is clean.
Check for: Sponge Dish Soap, Salt and Pepper, Grease Can, and coffee
filters .
Check Dishes, Pots, Pans etc. that are clean. Sometimes these items
are exchanged with other cabins (families sharing etc.)
Dish towel, Pot holder, Small scrub towel
Floor
Sweep and Mop wood floors, Kitchen, and Bath with Murpheys Oil
Soap.
Vacuum Carpeted Floors.

Non- Kitchen Cabins

Clean Coffee Pot and Filter


Clean Refrigerator making sure nothing is left
Bedding and towels same as kitchen cabin.

Windows

Clean once weekly inside and out or as needed.


Use specific window bucket with window sponge squeegee.
Wipe off excess with clean housekeeping towel.
