 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Crazy Frog Adventure reserves the unconditional right to refuse a booking/terminate a

participant on camp in event of unreasonable behavior at any time and no refund will be
given in this regard.
The amount paid once is not-transferable to any other programmer or to any other person.
The organizers or any individual connected with the camp shall not be held responsible in
case of any accident or any unforeseen natural calamity.
Participate is responsible for to get all necessary information and documents regarding the
camp.
Camp may be cancelled if there is not enough strength, actual amount paid by the participant
towards the camp will be refunded by cheque only. No other claims will be entertained.
In any case of injury or severe illness where upon the participant has to be admitted to the
hospital or sent back by flight or any other means of transport, then those charges shall be
entirely borne by the participant.
We are not bound to provide name address or any other personal details of other participants.
Crazy Frog Adventure has the right to use the participant's name, information and
photographs in promotional materials, brochures and press releases.
We are not responsible for loss or theft of the participants belongings during camp.
Crazy Frog Adventure will not responsible for any types of accident or unforeseen incident
issues related to the insurance or legal process.
The doctors certificate would be required if the participant is undergoing any medical
treatment or is overweight or above 60 year.
Authorized ID proof is compulsory ( original along with one photocopy)
All mentioned events and activities scheduled and organized by the organization, if any kind
of changes will require that can only be done by team leader or CFA

Declaration

I would like to enroll myself / my ward to participate in the nature / adventure camp organized by you. I
am aware of the risks inherent in the camp involving adventure sports / activities during the programme
as well as travelling organized and conducted by CRAZY FROG ADVENCTURE.

I hereby state that I / my word is participating in these adventure sports / activities of my own free will
and consent, and understand and agree that CRAZY FROG ADVENCTURE take all necessary
precautions to minimize the risk and avoid any accidents and ensure safe participation in these adventure
sports / activities and are not responsible for any mishaps that may occur while participating.

I have read the above statement and fully understand its contents. I realize and agree that the same serves
as an agreement of release and assumption of risk on myself.
