January 30, 2017 To Whom It May Concern: 1am writing concerning Anna Schilling. She is currently working towards a Bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies at Texas A & M University- Commerce. Through Commerce she is in the process of completing her field-based student teaching at LN, Range Elementary. Ihave had the pleasure of having Mrs. Schilling in my classroom this year as an intern/resident. Based on my observations and in my professional opinion, she has been given the gift of being able to connect with children and make a difference in their lives. Thave been able to witness her working with my students. The students in my class love her and look forward to the times when she is in our room. She also takes the time to show the students she cares about them. In addition to being so great with the students, Mrs. Schilling is also a true professional and has a very positive attitude. She does whatever is asked of her and takes the time to lean and improve in areas where she feels it is necessary. Anna is observant and takes the initiative to handle problems and situations. She always shows up early and with a smile. She is easy to get along with and very much a team player. She would be a wonderful addition and asset to any campus!
