Hi Rajesh,

today is the last day for me in infosys and this is the mail which you are expec
ting.
people may leave the company for milioons of reasons but for me there is only on
e reason that is Madhu ,because in the end she's the one who gives feddback abou
t me and you will strongly consider only that thing and for that good feedback i
can't loose my self respect and degnity.
first i'll start from where it begins.
you know very well that i was not trained in mainframe and i was not willing to
work in this project.During that time madhu was really nice to me and she helpe
d me a lot ,she was like a GURU in the initial days but not any more, every thin
g got changed in few months.
if i did any thing wrong i'll accept that completly and i'll start fixing the er
rors without giving any fake explanation for my fault but she took advantage of
that and started to treat me badly and she'll act differently with other. examp
le . once kuladeep made a mistake and I pointed that to madhu she din't tell
anything to kuladeep and the worst part is she supportted that by giving some du
mmy explanation.

i just want to give only one suggestion from my side every people are having bot
h Positive and negative things with them.
example if you take madhu she'll never come to office as per ROTA and during WFM
also she'll login for few hours and will take frequent unplanned leave but stil
l you keep her in the high position and support her for all that matters it's ju
st because u know her positive side as well it is just because u saw how she's w
orking in real time i suppose .but if u consider me you know only my negative si
de because you got only feedback and don't know how i'll work so i just wan't to
have a look how SE's and SSE's are working additional to that feedbacks.

my small doubt is madhu is also have few negatives like comming to office late
,logged in for only few hours During WFM and taking frequnt unplanned leaves but
still you are recognising her work but why you din't recognise me any of my wor
k till date

which but as a manager you will get feedback mainly from madhu and i can't lo
se my dignity and self-respect
For that matter Deepa and Venkat are very good even i did so many mistakes they
are seeing the effort which i'm putting in that task. that does't mean i don't
have any self respect.
i accept that i make many mistakes but you shold also agree that no one is perfe
ct in all.
