Requisition to Withdraw from Diploma in Early Childhood Education

Programme.

Refer to above, Im Baradi A/P Kanniappan , identification number 670728-

08-5418, would like to make a requisition to withdraw from my studies in
Diploma in Early Childhood Education which conduct in Asia e University
Kuala Lumpur.

2. The purpose I make this requisition to withdraw because I have some

medical problem which approved by government doctor. Hereby in this
letter, I attached my medical reference document with this letter. I also had
some serious migraine problem especially when get through the lessons and
assignments.

3. Besides that, Im also have to take care my two kids which are still
studying in school. By involving in this programmes, I cant spend my
precious time with my family so, I became very stress when my kids always
complaining when I never spend time with them.

I hope the in-charge person would consider my requisition to withdraw.

Consideration from the department for me would be valued. Thank you
