Reference Bar Council of Delhi Notice No. 241/SF/2017 dated 23.02.2017 with regard to Verification Exercise. 2. In order to complete the process of verification, the office of Bar Council of Delhi, vide aforesaid Notice dated 23.02.2017, had requested the Ld. Advocates, who had not submitted educational certificates with their application forms for verification, to submit within 10 days i.e. on or before 06.03.2017, copies of their Educational Certificates (as shown against their respective names) with the office of Bar Council of Delhi at Siri Fort, along with a covering letter, mentioning the running serial number of their respective verification form submitted earlier and the enrolment number. 3. It was also informed that the list regarding non submission of 5 Vakalatnamas/5 appearances etc. is under preparation and on its completion, it shall also be placed on the Website of Bar Council of Delhi. 4. Certain discrepancies have been pointed out to the office of the Bar Council of Delhi. The rechecking by the office of Bar Council of Delhi has commenced. Members are informed that the Office of Bar Council of Delhi, on observing that there may be some discrepancy in indicating the documents against each of the name of members, is undertaking to again reconcile the list put on the website regarding renewal applications (Verification Forms). As soon as such reconciliation exercise is completed, suitable notice shall be put on the Website of Bar Council of Delhi. The last date mentioned as 06.03.2017 shall get substituted with a new date. The list put on the website is being temporarily taken out. On rechecking the same, it shall be put on the website again. 5. The last date of submission of educational certificates shall be intimated in due course of time. Col (Retd.)
