    Abstract:Thecombinationofclinicalandpersonalhealthandwellbeingdatacantellusmuchaboutour
    behaviors,risksandoverallstatus.Thewaythisdataisvisualizedmayaffectourunderstandingofourown
    health.Tostudythiseffect,weconductedasmallexperimentwith30participantsinwhichwepresenteda
    holisticoverviewofthehealthandwellbeingoftwomodeledindividuals,oneofthemwithmetabolic
    syndrome.Weusedaninsightbasedmethodologytoassesstheeffectivenessofthevisualizations.Theresults
    showthatadequatevisualizationofholistichealthdatahelpsuserswithoutmedicalbackgroundtobetter
    understandtheoverallhealthsituationandpossiblehealthrisksrelatedtolifestyles.Furthermore,wefoundthat
    theapplicationofinsightbasedmethodologyinthehealthandwellbeingdomainremainsunexploredand
    additionalresearchandmethodologydevelopmentareneeded.
