Preconstruction Conference The Engineer shall schedule the preconstruction conference the Notice to Proceed, to the issuance of Representatives of the following parties are to be in attendance at the meeting: 1. Owner. 2. Engineer. 3. Contractor and superintendent. Major subcontractors. 5. _ Representatives of governmental or regulatory agencies when appropriate. The agenda for the preconstruction conference shall consist of the following as a minimum: 1. Distribute and discuss a list of major subcontractors and a tentative construction schedule, 2. Critical work sequencing 3. Maintenance of quality and work standards. Review changes proposed by Owner for their effect on the construction schedule and completion date. Complete other current business.
