Dear Dean Ventura,

I would like to put this into your kind consideration that I was not able to comply
with the deadline for the letter of acceptance last February 15, 2017 due to the school
related activities such as the architecture week that required much needed attention and
focus. I was able to meet with the principal architect last December 2016 and we
already agreed upon of the said Apprenticeship program to his firm and I was already
accepted that date. I was just waiting for the required documents that will be sent to him
for completion of my application that was released only weeks before the deadline,
hence the principal architect was not readily available to sign the documents at that
time.
