Press Windows Button + R, type regedit , and then click OK.
Navigate to the following registry subkey:

Right-click, select NEW > DWORD (32 bit) Value
Type PreferExternalManifest, and then press ENTER.
Right-click PreferExternalManifest, and then click Modify.
