1 Scope
THQXAS-01
The procedure is applied to maintenance of THQXAS-01 vehicle washer.

3 Maintenance mode
THQXAS-01
Regular maintenance system shall be implemented for maintenance of THQXAS-01 vehicle washer.
Maintenance procedures include monthly inspection and annual inspection implemented by equipment
maintenance personnel.

4 Safety precautions
4.1 3 1

4.1 Maintenance operation of the equipment shall be implemented by at least three personnel and
monitored by at least one personnel strictly in accordance with the procedure. Operators shall pass
the training related to the equipment and have corresponding qualification.
4.2

4.2 Operators shall wear working clothing, footware and work cap in accordance with provisions;
clothing shall not be loose; they shall carry out self-control and mutual control when operating; they
shall fasten safety belt when working at heights.

4.3 Only personnel with operation qualification certificate of disconnecting switch can operate and
monitor disconnecting switch.

personnel before operation of disconnecting switch.

4.6 Press red test button before using electric rod, it is normal if with sound-light alarm, check whether
appearance of ground line is damaged or not when the electric rod is within the valid term. When
stretching four nodes of the electric rod, ensure it is fastened and effective and guarantee ground
line is connected solidly when grounding.

4.7 It ensures ground rod is within the valid term and appearance of ground rod is not damaged. When
connecting three nodes, it ensures it is fastened and effective. It ensures line is connected solidly
when grounding.

4.8 It shall connect to ground terminal and then connect to overhead line system when verifying
electricity and laying ground line. Contact shall be tight and connection shall be solid.

4.9 In the process of operation under power off, electric rod can be dismantled after ground line is
connected.
4.10
4.10It shall dismantle the overhead line system terminal at first and then the ground terminal before
dismantling electroscope and ground line.

5.3 DCC

5.3 It shall assign responsible personnel counted by DCC before operation (it shall apply for power off
operation of disconnecting switch at the same time if it shall conduct maintenance for parts above
car washing line such as motor and reduction gear) who can access to equipment operation site for
operation with approval.
5.4
5.4 It shall check and clear away barriers and personnel without fixed duties and adopt corresponding
safety measures for the site before operation.
5.5
5.5 It shall check and test equipment state before operation; after test and check are over, it shall
disconnect main power circuit breaker of the master control cabinet and hang the board of not
operation.

5.6 It shall conduct power off operation of disconnecting switch in accordance with relevant operation
procedures when applying for power off operation of disconnecting switch; it shall confirm the
disconnecting switch has been disconnected and overhead line system has been cut off electricity
and connected to ground line before equipment maintenance operation.

8 Work after maintenance
8.1 DCC

8.1 It shall restore equipment, clear away the site and count tools and instruments, and then cancel in
DCC (it shall cancel power transmission application form of disconnecting switch and remark that
washing line has been cleared away and disconnecting switch has been powered on if applying for
power off operation of disconnecting switch).

8.2 Maintenance personnel shall timely fill relevant maintenance records (appendix A and appendix B)
and the foreman and technical personnel shall sign and confirm the result.
