1 We have never made any negotiation with AMAZON for any kind of tie up and we are also not in talk w ith any FII
for any kind of funding. Further we also like to add that we have not any planning for such kind of tie or funding,
the subject ed news is total baseless and rum or.

2 We are not aware of any such kind of news. If any such kind of news is available in public domain then such news
is a rumor and should not be trusted . However disclosu re under regulation 30 of Securities Exchange of Board of
India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements] Regulation 2015 is not required.

We always remain fully complied in submission of disclosures and inform at ion required as per SEBI listing
regulations and other applicable laws with your good office.
