1. Ruc c r: Ln D D mnh hc thm c nhiu kinh nghim hay qu, mnh xin b sung thm cch lm ruc c r tng

2. Cch lm :
- Cho gan, c hnh, c rt bm nh vo ni cho nu chn, cui cng cho c chua, rau chn vt, nc mm ngon vo, nu thm mt
lc ri bc xung.
Sau khi cho nh, cho gan bm nhuyn vo un k, tip cho rau un chn ti (c bit l rau mung nu un nh s b
nng khng ngon) v 2 tha nh nc mm ngon, cui cng trc khi bc ra cho 1 tha du n, un tip mt cht l xong, bn s c
mt bt cho thm phc nhng nh l phi UN NH cho trc th mi ngon.
Mn cho gan ny cha rt nhiu vitamin A rt tt nhng khng nn cho b n nhiu ln, v n nhiu li khng tt u. Nn mnh ch
cho b Bng n mt tun mt ba thi, i khu vi. Nhng c v b Bng nh mnh thch n mn ny lm, ch khong 15 pht l
ht veo mt bt y.

Sng nay mnh ch bin xong mn Cho Gan Thp Cm cho b n ri, kinh nghim thc t c mt s thay i so vi sch v
nh sau :
1. Khi chn gan, M Tt nh chn loi gan c mu nu nht, non, mm. Bn ngoi l gan c mt lp o mng, rt mng, bn phi
tinh mt lm mi c th nhn thy. Bn nn dng mi dao nhn lc phn mng mng b di. Khi ct gan m Tt cng phi nh lng b
phn x hoc dng gn cng. Nu khng c nhiu thi gian, M Tt hy mua lun phn n cho c nh d tin chn ra phn non,

2. V gan v go lt du l hai loi thc phm cha nhiu sinh t B, do vy mnh ch cn nu cho gan vi go thng l lng
Vitamin B ri. Khng nht thit phi nu chung vi go lt.
3. Gan ng vt thng c mi hi, do vy mnh khng cho trc tip vo cho ngay, nhng phi kh mi hi bng hnh phi trc
gan dc thm ngon trn vn .
4. V bui ch sng nay khng c rau chn vt, nn mnh th bng rau Ci Dn .
Kt qu l mt bt Cho gan thp cm rt ngon ming, m cn thm hung chi con. Nhng mt hoc 2 tun ch nn cho b n 1 c
thi, v Gan cha rt nhiu vitamin A.
Trong 100gr thc phm th Gan c dn 3,975mcg Vitamin A, trong khi d B l 290mcg, C chua l 74mcg v C rt l 1,090mcg.
Ngoi ra, Vitamin A l mt trong 4 loi Vitamin tan trong m. Cc Vitamin tan trong m c th tch ly nhanh n cc nng c khi

dng vi liu ln hn RDA. Ring Gan ng vt c kh nng d tr vitamin A rt cao, v vy khng nn cho b dung np qu nhiu
s khng c li cho sc kho ca b.
M Bnh Minh cng nn nu bt gan cho b n c ri y Hi b Bng nh mnh c 8 thng, ln u tin n BT GAN, mnh

2. Kiki

Cch lm:
Ra sch tng bng ci tht cn thn di vi nc, b nh ra hp cch thy khong 10 pht.
Lm st: cho b vo cho c y dy trn la nh, rc bt m t t vo quy cho n khi st v mn. Quy sa v rt vo cho n
khi c v mn. Nhc cho ra khi bp v cho 2 loi ph mai vo quy cho n khi ph mai tan ht.
