- Go vo s gi nt, chn nc vo ni ngm go 1 gi ri bc ln bp nu 15 pht

- Gan la loi mu nu nht, ra sch, b x, mng, bm nhuyn, tn du trong 1 t nc

- Hnh c bc v, c rt ra sch, c chua b ht ---> tt c du bm nh

- Rau chn vt ra sch, ct nhuyn

1. Khi chn gan, M Tt nh chn loi gan c mu nu nht, non, mm. Bn ngoi l gan c mt lp o mng, rt mng, bn phi

II. CHAU AU
