Vocabulary Day Group Work

Directions: Each group has been assigned one root word.
Now as a group, develop a brief presentation to the class in
which you:
A.Identify the root and define it.
B.Using every group members individual brainstormed list of
words, generate a group list of as many words that you
can that utilize the root word, share these words with the
class.
C.Choose ONE word that your group finds most interesting
or important to know and spotlight that word by creating a
word-wall slip with that word identified along with its
definition most relevant to our class.
D.Present as a group!
