Greetings!

We are the Circle of Entrepreneurs, the premiere entrepreneurial organization in the

University of the Philippines. For more than a decade now, UPCE serves as training ground
for aspiring entrepreneurs, teaching young minds the nuts and bolts of establishing a
business of ones own. Through the Induction Ball, as one of the organization events every
semester, we would like to give our new and graduating members a memorable night full
of fun and entertainment especially organized for them.

It is for this reason that we seek to request permission from the Administration Office of
Grass Residences to allow UP Circle of Entrepreneurs to reserve the Clubhouse on
November, 2016 from 6:00PM to 11:00PM.

UP Circle of Entrepreneurs also assumes the responsibility of maintaining the good

condition of the involved facilities as we fully understand that we will be liable to the
administration should there be any damage incurred in the process.
