The Royal Commission Safety Group has interviewed, reviewed the resumes and qualifications of three contractor
safety representatives Mr.Wang Xu, Mr.Zhao Zhuo and Mr.Chuai Zhichao for the positions of Safety Manager,
Safety Engineer and Safety Inspector respectively on Contract No. PIC R-7507- Construction of Interchange
Bridges at Shareh Al-Mina and By-Pass (Phase-1).

The Royal Commission Safety Group Safety Supervisor approved Mr. Wang Xu and Mr. Chuai Zhichao for the
applied positions of Safety Manager and Safety Inspector. Respectfully, on a probationary status for a period of
three months conditional and on continued competency to perform the duties of Safety Manager and Safety
Inspector. If at any time, Royal Commission determines the performances of Mr. Wang Xu and Mr. Chuai Zhichao
does not meet with expected performance requirements, the Royal Commission may at their discretion request a
qualified replacement.

Regrettably, The Royal Commission Safety Group Safety Supervisor cannot approve Mr. Mr.Zhao Zhuo For the
applied position of Safety Engineer. Mr. Mr.Zhao Zhuo is accepted as Project Safety Officer on a probationary
status for a period of three months conditional and on continued competency to perform the duties of Project
Safety Officer. If at any time, Royal Commission determines the performance of Mr.Zhao Zhuo does not meet with
expected performance requirements, the Royal Commission may at their discretion request a qualified
replacement. Contractor is required to dedicate Safety personnel for safety jobs only. Continue with Same
cooperation.
