LTI Project Proposal

I intern at The Law Office of Vonnah Bagner, located in San Leandro. Their

mission is to serve victims of personal injury incidents, divorce, and child custody. At

the law office, we work on cases and try to find a solution to the situation that is going

on. Vonnah tries her best to help out her clients in every way she can. My project idea is

to work on a case individually. The case will be a divorce case that we have to serve

outside the state. Our other option is to serve a different divorce case, to a foreign man

who only speaks an Indian language, or I can do both. My mentor suggested this project

idea, and I think this would be a fun learning experience for me. Ill get to know more

about family law and the process of a divorce case. I will be able to gain more

knowledge, experience, and professionalism by working on this project I proposed.
