Spoke to mom (Kenya McLaughlin) about Alayshias 0% score, 6 tardies and 2 absences. Mom is
going to call my cell to set up a conference time. Stated they are technically homeless and having
issues interfering with Alayshias success.963-5909 4 pm

Andre Anderson

Spoke to mom (Judy Anderson) and let her know Andre would not turn his phone on to my desk.

Justin Davis

Left message for Ronnika Davis at 3:15 2/16/17 (839-4464). Left detailed message about 5
tardies since and ODR because he refused to put his phone on my desk after being redirected for
having it out. Left message about missing assignments and failing grade.

Najiyyah Smith

Spoke to Tynisha Smith at 3:40pm explaining that she has 5 tardies this marking period, thus far
and a 42% with 9 missing assignments. Shared that I am issuing ODR for detention for tardiness.

Called and spoke to Mom , Shanice Riely (686-7271) at 2:10 pm with a detailed explanation
about the information above. She has been informed about

Aarons detention on Wednesday 2-22- 17.

Romell Russaw

Called and spoke to Mom, Angalenia Moore (557-3531) at 2:25 pm to notify her of Romells
behavior in class. She responded that she was the one texting him on the phone and stated that she
gave her child permission to go to the bathroom. I explained to mom that he violated school rules
and that he is not allowed to leave class without permission and that if she has a problem with the
rule she can bring it to the attention of school administration. She was notified that Romell has
been issued detention tomorrow 2/23, after school.

Michale Holly

Called number listed for Michales father, Michale Underwood (4435357) but no left no message
because the phone just keep ringing and seemed to have no answering machine. No additional
number is listed.

Sierra Marotto

Called mother (Sara Marotto 3:50 pm 963-4327, spoke about Sierras attendance, grades, and
defiance. Mother is concerned and wanted ISS issued instead of detention so Sierra can catch up
on her work in class. Explained to mother thats not the purpose of ISS but suggested she make an
appointment with a 9th grade counselor and/or 9th grade Principal Ms. Peterson.

Elijah Barrett

Attempted to phone father, Gary Brown, at 8:46called 233-4532 (not in service) and 370-3082
(not in service) to inform father of defiance, refusal to follow school procedures as well as
disrespectfulness. An ODR was written. Spoke to Mr. Edmonds and Mr. Forrester about the
incident. (in person).

Purcelle Lane

Spoke to Mary Porter (379-4967, 2/23/17, 3:35 pm) and informed her that Purcelle has a
detention on 2/28 for multiple accounts of disruptive behavior.

Jaeneasha Jones

Called Jahmeelah London (3:45, 570-794- 1697, 2/23/17) and the number was not in service.
Called Nahella Jones (9690024), Donald Kelly asked to take a message for her. He was informed
that Jaeneasha was issued an ODR for defiance and a cellphone infraction and that she has
detention on 2/27 after school.

Kiana Pace

Talked to Kianas mother Ellen Weintraub (736-1142, 3:50 pm), she told me the office was
supposed to inform Kianas teachers of her allowance to use her cell phone in school occasionally
because of medical issues with her mother at home. I told her I would speak to the office about it
and outlined school policies on cellphones in class. She was notified of Kianas disrespectful
behavior and notified of Kianas detention on Monday 2/27. The mother informed me that
afterschool detention would be difficult because Kiana goes straight to work after school, I let her
know that I would speak to Kiana to work something out.

Talked to Yosek Wilkerson (557-7486) about Jeffres four most recent test scores, he currently
has the highest grade in class. Parent was happy to hear the good news (3:20 pm).

Jeshon Baskerville

Left message for Lasha Baskerville (608-2307) about Jeshons good test scores and increase in
overall grade (3:35 pm).

Jabrea Davis

Spoke to father Jamaal Davis (215-290- 9305) about Jabreas continued quality work and test
scores in class. Parent was happy to hear she was doing well
(3:40 pm).

Jacqueline Celsky

Spoke to Patricia Celsky (236- 7679, 3:45 pm) about Jackies excellent work ethic and test scores
in class.

Peter Ly

Spoke to father about Peters excellent test scores and grade (364-7076, 3:50 pm).

Paul Parsons

Left a message for Dolly Parsons (547-6011, 3:55 pm) saying that Paul continues to do good
work and currently has the highest grade in his class.
